This is my first favourites post of 2017! I said last year that I hoped to broaden my horizon when it came to different brands and that fell flat last year, so 2017 shall be the year!
I hope you enjoy my favourites!
Caudalie Micellar Water
This had to be my number one mention in my favourites post. I bought this on a whim, as I have seen it be raved by many bloggers and it was staring right at me during check out. I recently finished the product and I regret not buying the larger size, but I will definitely be repurchasing it again. If you want to read the full review on the micellar water and find out why I love it so much, check it out here.
Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circles Concealer
Ugh, this concealer is everything to me! I love the applicator, the packaging, how well it conceals everything and how easy it blends the product out. I don’t know why it took me so long to jump on this product and now that I have, there is no going back for me. The only negative with it is how fast the product goes down. Either than that, it’s been my favourite concealer!
Essence Sun Club Bronzer
I have come a long way with bronzer! Back in the day, I use to wear bronzer like it was no one’s business, but nowadays, it’s a little bit different. I like to add a bit of colour during the Winter months and this one by Essence has been my absolute fave! As you can tell from the packaging, I am almost out. I will do a full review on this soon, but from the colour payoff to the scent (it smells like a beach!) everything about this product is perfect!
Rimmel London Lasting Finish Blush in Rose
This product is an old one, but so good! I just started using it again and I love how long lasting it is. It’s pigmented enough, but not to the point where it’s overwhelming. The payoff is amazing and it provides a pop of colour that is so subtle yet beautiful. The only thing I would change would be the brush it comes with. The brush is pretty much useless haha. I love finding drugstore products that are so amazing yet inexpensive. It’s a win-win!
Batiste Dry Shampoo in Beautiful Brunette
This dry shampoo has been my favourite and a life-saver on many occasions! I love that it comes in brunette, so I don’t have to worry about any white residue in my hair. It keeps my hair looking fresh and provides so much volume that third-day hair looks like first-day hair. I am actually going to do a comparison on other dry shampoos and let you know the pros and cons of the other brands.
Last, but not least…
This isn’t makeup related, but I had to add in the Netflix Original show, “Riverdale”. It has become one of my favourite shows and I love how it is loosely tied to Archie Comics (which were my fave), but different enough that it keeps you interested. Honestly, if you have never seen this show yet, go watch it…so good!
I hope you enjoyed my favourites! Let me know if you have any similar favourites and if you started to watch Riverdale!
Thank you 🙂
