Happy Hump Day!
How the days fly by still amaze me! Thankfully, this weekend is a long weekend for us Canadians and I can hardly wait. Then next weekend, I am headed to Chicago, which I am insanely excited about. I have never been and everyone has told me I need to visit, so this is perfect timing for me.
For this post, I just wanted to share the water bottle I use every day. This water bottle allows me to get the proper 8 cups of water I need a day and it doesn’t feel like a chore! I hate water, always have, but everyone needs to have the proper intake a day to stay hydrated and of course, aid in weight loss.
I bought this water bottle from Blogilates and if you never heard of this before, this blog is run by a Pilates instructor named Cassey Ho. She shares her workouts on YouTube and is your go-to girl for all things fitness and health. I have been following her for awhile now and when I saw these water bottles come out, I knew I needed to buy one. I was just recently on her site and I noticed there are only 2 available colours at the moment. I am not sure if they are getting more in stock, but she also has detox timer bottles, which look amazing as well.
Each water bottle holds 32 oz of water. They are all different colours with a saying on the front and the times on the back. The times to drink start at 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. I tend to alter them when I wake up later on the weekends or when I start later at work. They are very durable and so cute to carry around.
I tend to divide the hour up so I am drinking a little bit for the first half of the hour and then rest the second half. This helps me with getting my intake in and not revolting at the sight of water LOL. When I initially received it, I thought it was going to be stupid and not work, but surprisingly, it really does the job.
They retail for $20 each, which isn’t horrible. I know you could do a DIY of this and create one for less money, but I rather have something I know I will use and what would work for me. Plus DIY’s are not my specialty 😉

Also, please check out Blogilates, her blog is my favourite 🙂
Thank you for reading!
*I bought this bottle with my own money. This is not a sponsored post.
